Abiodun Otete for burial September 5


Mother-Celestial Abiodun Otete, who died at age 56 on Saturday August 15, would be buried on Saturday September 5 at Ibara, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State.

According to her burial programme,  on Thursday, September 3, 2020; there will be wake-keep service for her at 2B Market Lane Shogunle, Lagos. On Friday, September 4, her remains will be lying in state at Ibara Akungba. On Saturday September 5, she will be buried at Ibara Akungba after burial service.

Her death has attracted many people, including residents of Sogunle community, members of APC, members of Celestial Church of Christ, Hephziba Parish, Sogunle to her residence at Adeyanju Street, Sogunle.

According to the chairman, Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, Hon. Idris Bolaji Ariyoh in his condolence statement said: "It is with a rude shock and heavy heart that I received the news of the demise of Mrs.Abiodun Otete, who passed on after a protracted illness.

"A staunch and ardent progressive member to no fault, whose loyalty and support for the growth of the party in Oshodi and Lagos is of tremendous positive impact.

"Her death is indeed a great loss to the progressive family taking into cognizance of her braveness and audacity to always stand for the Progressive party against all odds," Ariyoh said.

Abiodun Otete is survived by husband and children.
