The network warned parents and guardians against child hard-labour, saying that anyone who violates child’s right would be prosecuted. The CPN gave the warning during its one week awareness campaign to mark its anniversary; adding that any violator of child rights, especially, any one caught in the act of rape, emotional and physical assault of children, risks three years in prison without option of fine.
