7 die in another village attack
*Atyap community demands redeployment of security operatives *As Police kill bandit in Kaduna, recover AK-47, bullets No fewer than seven persons have been reportedly killed by bandits in a fresh attack on Langsom village in Zango Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State. This came as Chairman of Zangon Kataf Local Government Area of the state, Francis Sani, confirmed that seven locals were killed in the fresh attack on communities in the council. In another development, Police operatives have killed a bandit and recovered AK-47 rifle with two rounds of live 7.62 X 39 mm ammunition in the state. The latest attack came barely four days after 17 people were killed by suspected militia herders in Ungwan Wakili community also in Zango Kataf, including a woman and her newborn baby while other victims were mostly women and children.
