PDP'll reverse trend of poverty, hardship — Okowa
...As ADC endorses Atiku, Jandor VICE presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, has urged Nigerians to vote for PDP saying the party will reverse the current trend of poverty and hardship in Nigeria, if elected on February 25. Okowa, in company of his Edo State counterpart, Governor Godwin Obaseki, said this while receiving over 1,000 members of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, who defected to PDP in Lagos State. The ADC officially collapsed their structures into PDP, even as they endorsed the candidacies of presidential candidate of PDP, Atiku Abubakar, and Lagos State governorship candidate, Dr. Olajide Adediran, in the 2023 general polls.
