NIMASA, Chatham House engage UN on security at Gulf of Guinea

ISSUE of maritime security in the Gulf of Guinea should be raised at the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) this month while emphasizing the progress made by the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) in combating piracy and sea robbery in the region. This decision was reached during a session in London between Dr. Dayo Mobereola, Director General of NIMASA, and Dr. Alex Vines, Director of the Africa Programme at Chatham House.
