Oshodi-Isolo inspects flood-prone areas in Sogunle
By Sarah Anu-Oluwapo The Environmental Team of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area, LGA, has warned residents of the area to maintain a clean environment and clear their drainages and canals to avoid flooding. The team gave the warning recently during its inspection to some streets in Shogunle town disturbing by flood during heavy down-pour, and to ascertain the cause of the flooding in some parts of the town. The inspection team was led by the secretary to the Local Government, Hon. Taoheed Abiola Oladipupo, and Special Adviser on Environment, Hon. Yussuf Adesanya, visited Ajisegiri, Oyegunwa, Saka, Ayinke, Opo-Osun and other streets in Sogunle.
