Terrorists kill 5 abducted church worshippers in Kwara
Terrorists have killed five out of the eight worshippers abducted at ECWA Church, Omugo in Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State, says one escaped abductee. Rev Sunday Omole had last month in an interview with Vanguard urged Federal Government to expedite action on the release of the abductees from the captivity of the terrorists. The clergyman said government action became inevitable because having paid the terrorists N20 million with other items worth over N300,000 and they declined to release the worshippers, but instead demanded for another N300million. The death of the five worshippers including the pastor’s wife is contained in an information obtained by Vanguard from the pastor of the church, Rev Omole, yesterday, released to the public.
