*20 houses destroyed, *Casualty figures unknown *Patients run out of UCH, *Gov Makinde urges calm, asks hospitals to treat injured, hotels to accommodate victims THERE was a massive bomb explosion around Old Bodija, off Adeyi area of Ibadan, yesterday, which left several houses destroyed leaving unspecified number of persons dead and many injured. The cause of the incident, which occurred about few minutes after 8p.m on Tuesday, is yet to be ascertained. But a source said that the bomb blast occurred in one of the buildings in the area. It was gathered that several persons are still trapped under the rubble of some of the houses destroyed while both the injured and dead bodies have been taking to major hospitals in the ancient city. Security operatives comprising the army and the police anti bomb units have been deployed to affected areas while search and rescue operations are still ongoing.
