THERE indications that the two major political parties, the All Progressives Congress, APC, and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, are wooing former Ondo State Governor, Dr Olusegun Mimiko ahead of the 2023 general elections. The two parties have reportedly sent emissaries to Mimiko to dump his Zenith Labour Party, ZLP. Vanguard gathered that Mimiko is yet to decide where to pitch his tent as he is still discussing with his supporters and leaders of the ZLP across the country. Mimiko left the PDP in 2018 to form the ZLP on which platform the former Deputy Governor, Agboola Ajayi, contested the last governorship election against incumbent Governor Rotimi Akeredolu.
