Vice Principal, wife, 3 children perish in inferno
THE Vice Principal, VP, of Dugja Bayan Tasha Junior Secondary School in Biu Local Government Area, LGA, of Borno State, Mallam Aliyu Mohammed, his wife and three children lost their lives in fire outbreak in their house. The cause of the inferno was unknown at time of this report, but there were insinuations that it could be electrical fault. It was gathered that when the fire started in the sitting room, the VP struggled with his wife and the three children to escape to no avail as there was no exit as the fire had spread to all exit points. Various Associations and Groups have taken into Social Media platforms expressing their condolences to the family of the deceased, even as all the remains of the deceased were buried on Sunday according to Islamic rites.
