Stop using religion as bait, Atiku's wife tells Obi
The wife of the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Titilayo Atiku, has condemned the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi’s campaign in churches. Titi, who met with North-East women stakeholders at the Banquet Hall of the Government House in Yola, on Saturday, called on the Christian electorate to be wary of politicians using religion as bait. She said, “Don’t let people come to tell you one Obi is somewhere and he will do it for you because he’s a Christian. Obi did just one state, in this big country called Nigeria, Atiku managed 36 states plus the Federal Capital Territory, making 37 states.
