CAN leads protest against incessant killings
•Seeks proscription of militias responsible for mindless killings •Says over 212 persons killed, including 4 pastors; 10 churches burnt, 15,000 displaced THE Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, yesterday, led various Christian denominations to protest the continued killings in Plateau State and other parts of the country, calling on the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi, to proscribe the militias responsible for the mindless killings.
