Be truthful in your missionary journey — Rev Olatunde tells Ministers of God

THE RECTOR, Evangel Faith Theological Seminary, Reverend (Professor) Johnson Atanda Olatunde has advised Ministers of God to be faithful and good vessel of God in their missionary journey.

He also advised them that without being fruitful in spiritual task bestowed on them, Jesus Christ will not count them worthy in heaven after their sojourn in this world.

He gave the advise at the graduation ceremony of Evangel Faith Theological Seminary, in Mafoluku-Oshodi, Lagos State; where some students were graduated with MSc, Bsc, Advanced Diploma, Diploma and Certificate in Theology.

Olatunde, who congratulated the graduands, said: "You have received necessary ingredients to affect your generation positively. Your faithfulness to God and truthfulness to people in discharging your duty will make you a successful missionary. You have not come to the end of learning. What you have learnt is not sufficient, new information and innovations are emerging every day, learn how to blend with them.

"A leader is a reader. If a leader stops reading, that means he will start dying. You need to grow everyday. Don't limit yourself to be a performing vessel. Jesus needs your service, He will identify you with His power. He will enter the boat of your life for breakthrough".

Talking about the importance of the seminar, Olatunde said, "Evangel Faith Technological Seminary was established in 1993 through a divine inspiration to raise leaders of highly integrity.

Also, to equip men and women through qualitative and life applicable training system that will focus on value and skill development which will embolden them to face the challenges of life.


"Evangel Faith Theological Seminary pitched its tent with International Christian University in Nigeria and Overseas, Also, it registered with Federal Government. Our affiliation is helping us to have world-wide accreditation. Our courses have been reviewed, improved, updated and tailored to meet our peculiar needs. We concentrated so much on the area of leadership training, which is the missing link today.

“Also, in our seminary, training younger ones matters to us. Especially those who are interested in acquiring more education in leadership training and those who want to be mentally resourceful".

Among the people that were honoured on that day is Chief Executive Officer of Happy World Meal Gate, Mr. Suleimon Yakubu Lento. He was honoured with Honourary Doctorate Degree in Philosophy for his contribution to the progress of the words of God and efforts to provide jobs and food for the people.

Corpses of 6 police officers killed by herdsmen recovered
