Nigerian Music Industry loses reggae star, Ras Kimono Nigerian legendary reggae star, Ukeleke Onwubuya, popularly known as Ras Kimono died at 60. Kimono died on Sunday June 10 at Lagoon Hospital, Lagos. Kimono was said to have concluded plans to travel to United States before he took ill on Saturday night and was rushed to a hospital at Ikeja, where he was later taken to Lagoon Hospital at Lagos Island. The Delta born super star's debut album Under Pressure led by him and his band 'Massive Dread Reggae Band' in 1989 brought him to limelight. His other albums such as Rum-Bar Stylée and We no want also added to his fame in music industry.
